The não simão write songs in Portuguese. Songs that straddle the line between intimacy and optimism. They assert themselves by denying boredom, the prosaic, the predictable, with uncompromisingly serious songs, resulting from a heterogeneous quintet that travels between songbook music, alternative rock, or jazz . Together since 2013, they have been to numerous national venues and festivals in Lisbon and Setúbal and at festivals such as ARTes (Castelos de Porto de Mós and Ourém) and the Artes à Vila festival at the Batalha Monastery with the participation of JP Simões.
