Sopro de Vida _ Maria

Sopro de Vida is the musical project dedicated to promoting liturgical music by Portuguese authors. Rão Kyao on bamboo flutes accompanied by Renato Silva Júnior on the organ, elevate the music and Marian chants to a unique and unforgettable moment.

The second work of the project entitled “Maria” has selected works by great renowned authors from our country and several themes of popular origin that touched us due to their simplicity, devotional depth and melodic richness.

«It's a simple bamboo flute with an organ, but I hope to convey a message of faith, hope and love, through sound»: it is with these words that Rão Kyao describes this album, where the bamboo flute, accompanied by the organ by Renato Silva Júnior, interpret 21 liturgical and popular Marian themes.
