AUDIOGEST

AUDIOGEST - Associação para a Gestão e Distribuição de Direitos (Association for the Management and Distribution of Rights) is a public utility association legally constituted as a Collective Management Entity for the Rights of Phonographic Producers and registered with IGAC (General Inspection of Cultural Activities) under number 24, on page 55 of the Book of Proxies.

AUDIOGEST represents in Portugal not only the phonograms (musical albums or songs) originally recorded and published by its members and beneficiaries, but also the phonograms ("foreign" repertoire) published by them in Portugal, under license from the respective original producers.

AUDIOGEST promotes and protects the rights of music producers in Portugal. It is a collective management company that represents the interests of holders of rights to musical recordings, guaranteeing fair remuneration for the use of their works. It also works to defend and promote music publishing in Portugal and the European Union and is a member of the IFPI (International Federation of the Phonographic Industry).

We work to strengthen the music industry and safeguard the interests of our members. We represent a wide variety of musical repertoire, from established musicians to emerging talents, covering all musical genres.

Its mission is to act as a vital link between the producers and users of music, ensuring that their rights are respected and that they receive fair compensation for the use of their works.
